Hi Nanda,
You can create Access database using the following snippet:
Dim db As Database
Set db = DBEngine.Workspaces(0).CreateDatabase("Test.mdb", dbLangGeneral)
db.Close
The above snippet is using the "Microsoft DAO 3.51 Object Library".
You can use the above method by referring the COM Components using COM
Interop
