When you deploy your application or HTM files on IIS server(Web server) & you try to 
access the file then following should be the URL. http://<Web Server Name>/<Virtual 
directory name>/<file name with sub directory info> You are saying that you are not 
able to access http:\\Laptop\ElearningCourses\m02_001_001.htm where laptop is your web 
server & you are able to access http:\\Elearning Courses\m02_001_001.htm where 
Elearning Courses is your virtual directory. It looks strange. You can try following 
things. 1. Try changing "\" to "/" 2. Check your virtual directory path in IIS 3. 
Check the IIS permission.
