I have a client application which accesses a singleton object dataconnection.
Dim objConn As New Connection
Dim Conn As OleDb.OleDbConnection
Conn = objConn.getConnection()
Dim lease As ILease = CType(objConn.GetLifetimeService(), ILease)
The problem is when iam trying to fetch the lease policy of the MBR object i get the
below error.
An unhandled exception of type 'System.Net.Sockets.SocketException' occurred in
mscorlib.dll
Additional information: No connection could be made because the target machine
actively refused it.
Can someone tell me what is the problem. Bothe my client and server applications are
on the same machine.So where did the socket issue come from?
