Im able to get the lease policy of the MBR object without any problems. I did make a few changes to the code, but dont think that solved the problems as they are unrelated and are as follows a) used RemotingConfiguration.Configure(filename) instead of code-based approach b) removed the static modifier from the getconnection() and conhits(). The server object is anyways singleton, so why do u need this method/variable static??? In fact it works perfectly even if i run the client and the server in different machines and for that matter even n number of client instances(tried upto 20...)!!!!!
