I have doubt in forms authentication..... I am from VC++ backgoud shifted to .Net a
month back... I am using Forms Authentication, i have specified the loginUrl as
login.aspx, now in the event handler for login button in login.aspx i have: protected
void btnLoginClick(object sender,EventArgs e)
{
   //here i validate the user...
   //once the user is validated... if(validUser==true)
   {
     //Instead of using Forms.RedirectFromLoginPage
     //If i use Server.Transfer...
     Server.Transfer("MyPage.aspx");     //I am facing a problem...

   }
} The problem is: Now in MyPage.aspx...if click on a button (which is there infact in
a datagrid...) it again takes the user to login.aspx....instead of loading the same
page or perfomring the action specifued in the handler for the button in MyPage.aspx
Do we have to use Froms.RedirectFromLoginPage only..can we cannot use Server.Transfer
or Response.Redirect..??? in redirecting the user from login Page??? -Vadiraj
