----------------------------------------------------------- From: VinodK [TLabs, SCT] Message 1 in Discussion Hi all, Gearing up for the next exciting UG meet tomorrow, the data tier team has uploaded a Version 2.0 of the database scripts into the Documents -> Software Artifacts -> Resource Manager folder. Download the same and install it on the Resource manager database. Included in the scripts: 1. Changes to the database tables to accept smaller and more realistic data. Hence we reduce space requirements and maximize performance. 2. Added deafult values to some of the Boolean Flag type fields. 3. Explicit addition of Primary Key in the table definition itself. 4. Created basic Insert/Update/Delete Scripts for all the tables. 5. More scripts required for basci operation for the Component team. 6. Clustered Index created on all the tables on the Primary Key. etc etc etc ... Well, this is the update from the data tier team and the team is open to any clarifications, suggestions of any kind from you all. See you all tomm. at the UG meet.
