Hi Pradeep,        Exchange server basically supports 2 types of events. They are 
Asynchronous events  and Synchronous Events.    Synchronous Events fires before 
Exchange process the requesr, where as Asynchronous events  fire after a data reuest 
is fully processed.    SO I guess , for ur requiremnt synchronous events mathes a lot. 
   Once agin, ther are 2 types of events in Synchronous events. 1) OnSyncSave  2) 
OnSyncDelete  ( By their names u can understnad the use of those thow events.). 
Simillarly There are 2 Asynchronous events.  They are  1) OnSave 2)OnDelete    If u 
have MS event scipt wizard  ur job would be much more easied. The below link provides
