Guys,
                
For some reason, on Win2003.Net server, the call
to open 
                the database connection never returns. I have verified that 
                no
exception is being thrown from the call to connect to the 
                database.
Eventually, it causes COM+ to error out with a "The 
                transaction has
already been implicitly or explicitly 
                committed or aborted" message.We have this COM+ layer with 
                Transaction Option as "Requires New" and the methods with 
                [AutoComplete] attribute which talks to the Data access object 
                layer.
                
Any clues?
