Hmm ... I guessed it ... There are tons of documents around that give you an 
difference between Oracle and SQL Server. Here are some of the differences I felt 
unique ...   Oracle Vs SQL Server BEFORE triggers  - INSTEAD OF triggers
DECODE() function - CASE expression
DUAL table  - No equivalent
INTERSECT operator - Not supported
MINUS operator  - Not supported
Nested tables  - Not supported
Packages  - Not supported
Sequences  - IDENTITY
START WITH...
CONNECT BY clause - No equivalent
Row level security - No equivalent
rownum pseudo column - No equivalent
 But it is to be noted that we do have ways to workaround for most of them in SQL
