----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: IAmUnknownReference Message 4 in Discussion Hey Mathew, A really cool idea. I think i know how this can be done. Remember reading this up somewhere on the net a few days back. You have to do client side scripting, XML/XSLT ! If i am correct, you are using server side XSLT without frames. That is why the data refreshes as soon as you click a link on the client, and then both the page reloads .. if you render the tree with client side XSL then it should work peacefully without hassles.. Try to read more on that. I am not sure whether you can do this using TreeView control of Microsoft Internet controls. You can use XML/XSL instead ! Does a better job too for stuff like this.. Also try to readup some material on XML Data islands and client side XSL transformation. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
