Hi,
By default your ASPX pages works under ASPNET account. That is why you are getting
this error because ASPNET account will not have access to SQL Server by default.
You have mulple options to solve this issue. One of them is impersonate the domain
acccount in your config file using Identity element.
<identity impersonate="true" userName="YourAccount" password="YourStrongPassword" />
But here your UserName and password is visible. If you have .NET Framework 1.1 you can
store the encrypted username and password into registry and give just the registry
path here in username and password attribute like this
userName="registry:HKLM\SOFTWARE\MY_SECURE_APP\identity\ASPNET_SETREG,userName"
password="registry:HKLM\SOFTWARE\MY_SECURE_APP\identity\ASPNET_SETREG,password"

Thanks
