Hi!!      isn't  SHA for hashing?   If you have hashed the password, you can't get it 
back. You can check if the password is correct by hashing it again and checking the 
hash values.    If you want to encrypt or decrypt password, then you have to use some 
encryption algo like DES or something. Check out System.Security.Cryptography and 
check out Rijndael Class in it. Might help you   Regards, Rupreet
