Hi Akshit,
    I got 
your code but the only differnce between your code and my case is you are 
defining the variable in the class file of the same webpage, but in my case all 
the public variables are declared in one module named GlobalVar.vb, so situation 
is like this:
 
all the public variables 
are declared in GlobalVar.vb
i am initializing the 
public variable on load of form form1.aspx
and i want to access the 
initialized public variable in form form2.aspx
 
The form1 and form2 are on 
the two different frames.
 
so do you think this might 
be the problem.
