Dinesh,
    There are many ways to avoid showing
the stack trace to the user :)
    To get started...
check http://www.aspalliance.com/aspxtreme/aspnet/syntax/customerrorssection.aspx
    That happens to be one of the
solution! Try plethora of other options ...

                HI Group,

                  If i have some File Not Found Error 404, then
                i am redirecting to WebForm2.aspx. I am doing that in
                the Web Config...

<customErrors
                mode="On">

<error
                statusCode="404"

redirect="WebForm2.aspx"/>

</customErrors>
                It is working fine, but some more content is getting
                appended to the URL like.

http://localhost/Deployment/WebForm2.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/Deployment/Test.aspx.
                How to get rid of this..

                and if there is any database connection error or some other
                specific errors, how do i get the (<error sttusCode="404" > ) so that
i
                can redirect to the appropriate page....

                Hope i am clear with my
                problem...

                -Dinesh.
