Dinesh,
404 It is not specific to app. It is
specific to the server. So open IIS, Go to Default Web site's Properties... Go
to custom errors tab.. Search for 404.. Give a proper html file for the
same .. Simple isn't it? That should do the trick :) Give ur
imagination wings by creatively telling the user that he has reached 404 check
out http://www.plinko.net/404/links.asp?type=cat&key=16 ..
super gallery for 404 errors
;)
Have a great day :)

Hi,
Thanks Prasad and Dolly.
I can use <Default Redirect> to redirect to a
page , if i have any kind of errors.. But i want my
aplication to redirect to certain specific pages, acc to the
error occured..
like , when i am uploading a file, and if there is any
network trafiic, the page should get redirected to
"NetworkError.aspx",
I want to know, how to get the error code ie, 404 means
Page Not Found, like wise how to get the error code (for
Uploading files or any database connection error)...
so that, acc to this i acn check in the Web Config and
redirect to the appropriate url.
Does this mean the error Code - Which occurs in the
Catch Block
catch objEx as Exception
throw objEx.Number
end try
i am not sure of this...
-Dinesh.
