Hi Balaji,
Try with LostFocus event instead of Leave Event. It should work.
this.TextBox1.LostFocus += new System.EventHandler(this.OnLostFocus);
private void OnLostFocus(object sender,EventArgs e)
{
MessageBox.Show("u done it");
}
