If you change your Windows password, SQL Server will still continue to work, since it 
does not store the password for Windows users anywhere. It trusts the OS to have done 
the necessary authentication. So you can still login into SQL Server.   For changing 
Windows password, one way is to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to get the Windows Security dialog
