I would like to add one more point to Srinivas Sampath's solution.
Instead of updating the password each time when you change the win password, you
can make use of Local System Account in the same Log on Tab (Which can be seen
when you right click the SQL Server service and then in the
Properties dialog in the service manager
).

?

Warm Regards
& Have a Great Day...

                Ok, what you are
referring to is the SQL Server Service. I initially though about
it was related to the authentication only. For this problem,
what you can do is, after you change your admin password, go to
Services Manager, right click the SQL Server service and then in
the Properties dialog box, choose the
Log On tab and change the password there
too. This should let the service now start using the new
password. You might have to do this for other related SQL
Server services too, like Agent etc.

                HTH,
                Srinivas Sampath
