Hi Anandraj,
Use of HtmlInputCheckBox provides
the functionality of checking all the Check Boxes when the user checks the
checkbox in the header.
Use the onclick event to check all the checkboxes as below.
<HeaderTemplate>
<input
type="checkbox" id="checkAll" onclick="<JavaScript
function>;" runat="server" name="checkAll">
</HeaderTemplate>
If the user checks the checkbox in the header set some flag
(using hidden variables), check the status of the variable on each page load to
check the check boxes across the pages.

// to check the checkboxes across the pages.
To pass a value to the client put one label in the Item template column
and create the check boxes dynamically with the required value.
