Its very much possible to manipulate these check boxes in client side script. Once page is rendereded just have a look at the id value generated for these checkboxes by .NET framework.(It would be <your datagridname>__ctl<rownumber>_<checkbox name>) These ids will remain same as long as you keep your datagrid and checkbox name same.You can manipulate the checkboxes using these ids.
