There are 3 ways to add your app to windows startup   1. Copy the file to startup 
folder under program menu automatically using setup kit 2. As already suggested by 
ChiefCoder add to the registry RUN key 3. Create a windows service using .Net and set 
it to run automatically. This service in      turn can call your applications exe. 
This would work only in NT kernel (NT, 2000,        XP, 2003) You can get syntax for 
creating windows service in MSDN.
