OK. For your requirement, I think the best way out is to use a CURSOR loop that 
iterates over each record in table_x. For each iteration, you need to split your 
search value along the delimiter and then search for them inside the field_2 value. As 
soon as a match is not found, you can then fetch the next record and start the search
