Yes, it will be possible to implement singleton 
pattern at a page level. Please look for some of the old threads in this news 
group for implementing single pattern. You may also have to use some trick 
in instantiating this singleton object in some other page and get the reference 
to the singleton object.

                it will create a new Object for each User. Is it possible to 
                create Thread of the same Object for each User.So at any point 
                of time only one Object will there in the Memory.
