Dear sovan,

If you want only to assign a connection string to your dll. Go for a 
Constructor in all the classes with a string parameter which takes the 
Connection string as the parameter.

Or

You can also use a Resource file. I don't think it is expensive to use a 
resource file. If u want i can send u some Sample codes.
