----------------------------------------------------------- From: PuneetT Message 3 in Discussion Hi Vijay, If you have the checkbox field displayed in the Grid, I hope that this field is a part of your datasource as well. Rather than traversing through the datagrid rows, you can traverse the datasource (DataTable / DataSet / DataView whatever it is) and check for all the rows that contain True (or whatever relevant value) for the checkbox column. If the checkbox field is not a part of the datasource then consider using the DataTable's DefaultView property. This property returns you the default view of the dataTable instance. Whenever users sort the grid by clicking over the column headers, the Sort property of the DefaultView is set appropriately. If you will traverse the DefaultView rows (DataViewRow and not DataRow), I think the order will as per what you are expecting it to be. Alternatively you can set the Sort property to "" (of the DefaultView) and then traverse. Finally reset the Sort property back to the original value (please store the same in some variable). Please let me know if this resolves your problem.
