Hi Vijay,   If you have the checkbox field displayed in the Grid, I hope that this 
field is a part of your datasource as well. Rather than traversing through the 
datagrid rows, you can traverse the datasource (DataTable / DataSet / DataView 
whatever it is) and check for all the rows that contain True (or whatever relevant 
value) for the checkbox column.   If the checkbox field is not a part of the 
datasource then consider using the DataTable's DefaultView property. This property 
returns you the default view of the dataTable instance. Whenever users sort the grid 
by clicking over the column headers, the Sort property of the DefaultView is set 
appropriately. If you will traverse the DefaultView rows (DataViewRow and not 
DataRow), I think the order will as per what you are expecting it to be.   
Alternatively you can set the Sort property to "" (of the DefaultView) and then 
traverse. Finally reset the Sort property back to the original value (please store the 
same in some variable).     Please let me know if this resolves your problem.
