Hi 
Vijayan,
 
First thing is 
instead of binding a dataset to datagrid you can create a datatable with the 
predefined columns (according to the query ).
 
Then you can loop 
through the number of rows in the datatable and if see if the check box is 
checked. If so then take that record and delete.
 
So when you come out 
of the loop all the rows that are checked will be deleted.
