To make a FORM2 visible you should create instance of it and use the show method.  
Form2 frm2; 
frm2=new Form2 (this); 
frm2.Show (); 
Before that u need a constructor in Form2 like following 
public Form2(Form1 frm1) 
{ 
InitializeComponent(); 
 
} 
Declare the variable which you want to access in Form2 as Public in Form1.  
Take instance of Form1 , and the desired value can be accessed in Form2
