Hello people,   Great to see the interest in the book, but I just want to make a point 
here. And I am sure many of the managers will agree with this..   The e-books that 
Microsoft provides along with MS-Press books is a wonderful thing. It is meant for 
people (like us) who would like to have a book-version and also an electronic version 
for being able to read the book from two places (say, when you are free at work, 
and/or when you are travelling.)   This does not mean that distribution of this e-book 
is permitted by Microsoft.  The copyright clearly states that: All rights reserved. No 
part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or 
transmitted, in any form, or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, 
recording, or otherwise, without the prior consent of the publisher. Printed in the 
United States of America. Published simultaneously in Canada.   The above is from a MS 
e-book that I have.   Though I don't say you should not "distribute" e-books (who 
doesn't!?), remember that it is not legal.  Hence, discussion of the same like this in 
a public forum is not a good thing.    You could probably take such discussions 
offline without using public forums.  The next thing we will know is somebody will 
upload all of it online and provide links here for download. We could literally get 
the forum shut down by Microsoft for copyright infringement.   Hope the point made 
above was taken in good spirit.   Regards Pandurang
