Someone has obviosly spent much time in creating this book, it is not ethical to do this without permission from the author. That said, like with a traditional book, you are free to read it wherever you wish or to lend it our to a friend or to gift it. These are freedoms that you have. For now it does not work like this with ebooks. So like Pandu said, please do not distribute such ebooks. I would if I was giving it to the one or two people to whom I know and I would have lent the book to anyway - that still does not not make it legal, but atleast I know that the person I gave it to would buy themselves a copy if they feel it worthy enough. Please do that yourself if you have recieved an ebook that you like and frequently use. The extact topic of copyright of digital media is a very touchy one, so its best we dont get into that.
