All components created with Visual Basic use the apartment model, whether theyre 
single-threaded or multithreaded. A single-threaded component has only one apartment, 
which contains all the objects the component provides. Where as in Multi-Threaded 
component we can have more than one apartments. 
Ownership of Threads
A multithreaded in-process component has no threads of its own. The threads that 
define each apartment belong to the client. 
By contrast, a multithreaded out-of-process component may have a thread pool with a 
fixed number of threads, or a separate thread for each externally created object.  
In free threading we will have single appartments under one process.
