Yes you can definitely do this. Make use of   <asp:DataGrid>
  <Columns>
  <asp:TemplateColumn>
  <ItemTemplate>DEFINE UR CONTROLS OVER HERE</ItemTemplate>
  </asp:TemplateColumn>
  </Columns>
  </asp:DataGrid>   And in server side, for each datagird item find out the control 
using   ObjCtrl = DataGridItem.FindControl("ControlName") to get the value contained 
in the control for inserting.   regards raghu
