Yes. you are right.The page will be submitted to same page. But a workaround is, Keep
the key factor in session or even pass is it as query string if it is not
confidential. Page1.aspx -submits to same page.store the data in session (which are
neccessary to fill the
DataGrid).Response.Redirect("wait.aspx?RedirectUrl=targetpage.aspx") Wait.aspx - get
the querystring and pass it to JavaScript function Page2.aspx - Retrieve from
Session. I know it consumes memory because of Session storage... -Raja
