U said  "data will not be fetched" . Did you find out any reason.   Let me expalin you 
, Lets say you click a button to your Repost.aspx that postbacl the page. In the click 
event of the button user server.transfer to PageLoading.aspx, you pass all the 
parameter that you need for getting your report result as the query string , in 
addition to your Report.aspx page URL.   As metioned use the onload client event to 
set the location herf to your report URL, if you need any of the parameter received in 
the query string in the Report.aspx, pass htem back as querystring.   Hope this helps
