Throw statement to trap errors
within your code

The following code uses the Throw
statement to create an exception:

' Throws a new exception.
Throw
New System.Exception("An exception has occurred.")

The throw statement is used to signal the occurrence of an anomalous
situation (exception) during the program execution. The throw statement takes
the form:

throw [expression];

[expression]; is omitted when rethrowing the current exception object in a
catch clause.

              what is the difference between
              1.
              throw(new ArgumentNullException());

              2.
              throw new ArgumentNullException();

              Actually both works in the same fashion. My question is,
              first one shows like "throw" keyword has an argument, which
              accepts an Exception type. whereas the second one is totally
              confusing, why the "bracket" "(" is not found in the second one,
              without bracket how does it works..pls. clarify me..

              thanx
              suki
