ans 1: no only variable is declared. IL doesnt understand blocks. blocks dont execute 
in a seperate stack. all variables declared in a function will be visible throughout 
the function (check out the il for ur code to see what i mean. it puts all variables 
declared in the function in the begining of the function and names them as 
v_0,v_1.....)  so uy myiint will be declared once and given diff values in the loop 
ans 2: string is not a reference type it is a value type (anyways, same thing would 
happen if u use objects also). try this sting s = "something"; modify(s) 
consolewrite(s);   modify(string s) {   s = "somethingelse"; }
