Hi Vivek,   If you want to convert .Net to Java, the following tool might help you. 
http://www.stryon.com/products.asp?s=4   This tool requires the IL to do the 
conversion. So you should give the IL code as input to this tool. Also note that you 
might have to do some cleanup activities like the variable naming convention, (since 
IL doesnt have the variable names, you might end up having variables like var_1 etc). 
This inet tool also writes wrapper packages which you can do away with with your own.
