Oops! Got your requirement wrong.    To convert Java to VB.NET could be quite 
difficult. That is more because they are so syntactically different languages.    
Also, very rarely would people have an application written in .NET (which is 
relatively a newer technology) to Java (relatively an older technology). This is why 
you might not find off-the-shelf converters.   Language conversion is a major area 
where there are just too many things to take care of. I don't think all features of 
Java programs can be just "translated" to VB.NET without a little round-about work.
