hi,   Suggestions given by nitin will work . right clik of the field on which u want 
to apply conditional formatting, select format, then goto Property TAB for Font. then 
click X+2 icon beside font color.   This will open the Formula Editor.. Here u feed 
the below Code.   if {Tablename.Filed1==0) then   Blue else   Green
