Hi, The regex u need will be like this .... ^\d+(.\d{1,2})?$ .... the code will
be like this ... string strToMatch = "1223.55"; string strPattern =
@"^\d+(.\d{1,2})?$"; if ( Regex.IsMatch( strToMatch, strPattern ) ) { ..... it
has matched } Some explaination about the regex ^\d+(.\d{1,2})?$ ^
matches start of string \d+ matches one or more digits .\d{1,2}
matches a "." followed by a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 digits (.\d{1,2})? the ?
makes the parenthesised part optional $ matches the end of string
Example matches 1223.22 1223.2 Example failures 1223.222 1223. - Raghu
