----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Pithvi Message 2 in Discussion Hi Saro, This really bring me a good cheer. I had worked on this recently. The approach I used is. 1. Do not make relation between more than 2 xml files in case needed. 2. To do complex queries with inner or outer join bring both the xml files to a common format with xslt and then merge them. Once it is merged u can throw your xpath on the newly created xml. 3. The implementaion is not so easy. U have to really be carefull about the data integrity. 4. Some of the query tasks u can sift to your VB code as well. I mean u can use your recordsets to do that. Happy programming. rgds Prithvi ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
