I am a bit confused at this point.. Hopefully you can clarify your question
for me.

1) Are we talking about using Classic ASP with VB or ASP.NET with VB.NET?
2) Design Patterns are proven techniques for accomplishing specific tasks.
The question of what is appropriate to use with "ASP without using VB" is
too generic to answer.
- What are you trying to accomplish?
- What business process are you trying to automate?
- What are your functional requirements?

        Thanks anil,
Which pattern will be good in ASP without using VB. I thought of
using the class in ASP and creating the object of it instead of VB.
Any Pattern or Methodology will be helpful for me.
