Well Ambarish , Control arrarys are no longer supported.  but u can definately clear 
textbox dynamically. in ASP.NET TextBox t1  = new TextBox() t1.Text  = "SomeThing" 
Page.Controls.Add(t1)   (Remember: you will need to deal with controls persistence 
between postbacks.) You can read details on this here:
