Hi Rajee,   In dotnet an exception will be caught to the least possible caller. For 
example assume that you call a function B from function A and an exception handler is 
present only in A. Now when there is any sought of error in function B, it will be 
caught by A.    So you can use exception handlers based on this. Regards Manoj
