Hi Guys ,   Everything else is perfect but you can always delete / rename the 
assembly , i just tried , it works fine .   Point to be considered is if we 
consider assembly versioning where we have made a version 1.0 and added it to 
GAC , it's being referenced by an app1 , now going ahead , i change the same 
code and create version 2.0 , so my dll is changed in any case  , but the app1 
will still work as it will refer the assembly from GAC .   It's correct that 
code base value will give you same path as your dll , but that will come into 
consideration only when it's not able to get appropriate stuff from GAC .   i
