----------------------------------------------------------- From: Mrinal Message 5 in Discussion Hi , As far as i know , you can accomplish the same in Sql server by creating views for respective objects for e.g : Table "x1y2" in Oracle has public synonym as z , In Sql server you cab have create view z for select <ColumnNames> from x1y2 ; Give rights to appropriate users on that view and that's it .
