Hi Shreeman ,   Correct me if i am wrong !!   Suggestion given by you holds 
good in case somebody is going for Calling a method Asynchronously , which will 
internally invoke a separate worker thread to carry out the process and 
whenever execution ends it will call the method supplied to the 
AsyncCallBackDelegate . Meanwhile here there's no explicit way of blocking the 
Main / Calling thread except the one you have mentioned , which is quite un 
fruitful in given scenario as Asynchronous calling refers to doing some 
operation in background without letting the main screen getting un responsive . 
  If the case is that of invoking a worker thread and blocking the main , then 
i think custom thread implementation is lighter and better way then using 
delegates .   Also , Custom thread implementation is good in another sense that 
of stressing the application as , if we have to simulate an enviroment with say 
around 100 concurrent users .   I hope you will concur with me and can provide 
more insights .   thanks ,   Mrinal
