What will be the .net framework version u will be using, the IIS version, version of SQL server etc. Get your database schema straight first. This will depend on the kind of data u will be capturing. Have the screens been finalised ?? ,if not then do this first. Also you might have missed out on some subtle but important issues like 1) how many resumes can one user submit? Sometimes the same person is interviewed twice by two different people for different position does your system need to handle this? 2) The other requirement of generating the employee id straight away after clicking on the link is at best unpractical. In most organistions this will be done by another system where data is fed manually.
