Hi,
The Sujjestion i can give for this is that in the object permission's just
set the access rights for the Database to your User also...this will allow you
to access the DataBase with out Specifying like "abc.table1".
If any other sujjestion is there..please let me know.
Regards,
Raj.

Hi,
I have a database in which there are a lot of tables and stored procedures
created by a non-dbo user by name "abc". When I login to the database using
"abc" user name I am not able to query the tables with the prefix "abc".
The following query doesn't work
Select * from table1
But this query works
Select * from abc.table1
Shouldn't I be able to access the table without the prefix when I'm logging to
SQL Server using "abc", I checked the object permissions for this user and all
the permissions are set for this user.
Now my question is how do I query the tables without the prefix ?
Any quick help is highly appreciated.
Thanks
BabuRaj
