Hi Sethu Is the application which you say is still holding the file
created by you ? if so , you need to manage the file permissions \ usage once
the application is created it. Generally , when a file is been used by a
application, once the application closes this application must also freee all
the resources it used.... But there might be some situations where the
applications closes physically , but it may be running in the back
ground....just check by restarting the PC once, but if the same Behaviour is
seen, then there the resource usage by the application is not managed well....
