really depends on how you kernel is built.

Say for Arch linux you would have to install linux-am33x-legacy
dtc-overlay to get it working. Which is the 3.8.* kernel ..

If you happen to be on the 3.12.* kernel you will have cape problems it
seems right now at least that is what I have run into as of recent.

Though I did end up just running my own kernel, this does work
